TROUBLESHOOTING

POWER SUPPLY EXAMPLES

Should your internet stop working, these are a few things you can try before calling your technician:

1.) Restart your device (computer, tablet/iPad, phone, etc.)

2.) Reboot the router by unplugging the power cord from the wall; after 20 seconds, plug the power cord back into the wall (do not press the reset button unless told by a technician)

  • DO NOT PUSH THE RESET BUTTON

3.) Make sure the black wire connected to the outdoor module is connected to the indoor power supply in the jack marked "IN", or "POE" or "power+data"; check to make sure that the little light is green (sometimes white) on the power supply

4.) In the same power supply, make sure the cable in the "OUT" or "LAN" or "data" port is connected to the "WAN" or "internet input" jack of the router
